1917 North Carolina License Plate nice repainted from good original plate

Description

This is a original repainted 1917 North Carolina license plate that is a good solid straight plate with no extra holes.  This plate came from an old collection and has been repainted.  This was repainted from a nice solid original plate.  From looking at the backside of the plate, this one did not have any extra holes and was a pretty decent plate.  Please see picture.  Buyer to pay calculated shipping, and VA sales tax
