Description

This is  an authentic 1931 North Carolina license plate. condition that is in very good condition that was restored some time in the past.
This plate is an original 1931 license plate and there for more than 3 years old.
The front presents excellent with the exception of lower left corner is rusty. The back showh pitting probably due to sand blasting for restoration. Please study the photos and make your own judgement.
