icense Plate!  This locals (Outer Banks of NC.) plate also features the not quite as common "First in Freedom" "May 20,1775 & April12, 1776" on the top of the plate note that NC. was the first of the colonies to sign two documents on the dates noted, to leave British rule!
Has all embossed numbers that have near perfect paint, lays flat with no bends, dings or separations! Does have some marks under each top bolt holes from having a plate frame, and has rust stains but no rust on the bottom bolt holes. Other than that, there's not a lot wrong here

ts year/inspection sticker is good, and its a numbers matching year sticker, so no tampering! Over all, this is a good one, the kind you want and look for!
