    Description

    22-1/2 In. X 22-1/2 In. Fixed Self-Flashing Skylight. Condition is "Used".  See pictures for physical features and cosmetic condition.  Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  Brand is unknown but I believe this is a "Peach Tree" (?) brand skylight that was sold at Home Depot in the 1990's.  Heavy, well-built, fully welded aluminum construction.
    This skylight was previously installed on a low-slope membrane-type roof in the late 1990's.  It was removed in the mid-2000's due to renovations that eliminated the skylight opening and has been kept in dry storage ever since.  There are roofing materials and roof cement/ coating residues on some of the exterior and mounting surfaces that have not been cleaned off yet.  The skylight structure, glazing, and wood interior are in excellent condition.  No rust, no rot, no water damage.
