: Hob - From Ambient - For Tender, Fluffy Rice:. In a 3-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients according to chart. Bring to boil. Turn heat down low and cover with a lid. Simmer 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and serve. Note:. For high altitudes, use slightly more water and allow 5 minutes longer cooking time.
