You are bidding on an unfinished 1/25 scale 1968/69 Javelin SST by Johan funny car "builders project" parts lot. THIS IS BUILDERS PROJECT IS OFFERED AS IS, IT IS NOT A COMPLETE KIT AND MANY PARTS ARE PAINTED, ASSEMBLED OR BROKEN SO PLEASE READ THIS DETAILED DESCRIPTION AND LOOK AT THE PHOTOS CAREFULLY, YOU WILL RECEIVE EVERYTHING AS SHOWN. This cool project is a collection of original very hard to find Johan original parts. Many of the parts have been assembled or at least glued together at some time and some have glue marks, faded chrome etc. but in general there are enough good parts here to get this project started. The body is in gray primer and looks pretty nice, it has had the windshield wiper/vent area filled as well as the rear bumper molded in place, also looks as if one or both of the front windshield posts have been replaced or repaired but a good solid job, window "glass" is pretty good, needs a little cleanup but no major scratches or marks, and there are two red tail light panel lenses, one fits very well and appears to have been custom made, original interior tin is here and has been painted red as you can see. Chassis parts are as shown and not complete, main frame rails might be from a shorter wheelbase Johan kit but could be lengthened pretty easily if necessary, front and rear axles are poor condition but there are a few chassis parts that are new and some still on their parts "tree" including a nice looking set of wheelie bars that have had the wheels painted black, engine is partially assembled and looks to be mostly complete, missing the headers and the Enderle injector "hat" is a nice looking resin replica of the original Johan part. All in all these parts are getting harder to find so this is a pretty nice "stash" to get you started. Buyer gets all as shown.
