Cosmetic Condition
The coldcrocks are in fairly good cosmetic condition. They have scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use.
Please see the photos for more detail.
Testing
We tested both units by placing them in a freezer and waiting for them to reach a low temperature. We then removed them from the freezer and watched to see if both hold at a low temperature. Both units held low temperatures for at least several hours.
This is the full extent of the testing performed. We believe the coldcrocks are in working condition.
Return Policy
If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (this includes new and sealed items). Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
