Product came used with roofing cement on the flashing and slightly bent. After bending back to correct form and cleaning it, something I should not have to do with a new product, It went on perfectly. Used this 24 years ago as well on same model. Held up well throughout the lifespan of the window.

I do recommend this product, but use CAUTION when ordering. If you look at the photo of this product, it appears to be designed for the installation of a skylight in a vertical orientation. You can see this by looking at the seamless top and bottom parts. That is what I thought I would receive. I was surprised to find when my Flashing was delivered that the seamless parts were fitted for the longer dimension of my skylight. As a result, I had to install my skylight in the horizontal position on my roof to avoid water infiltration or reschedule my crew and reorder the Flashing. I decided to complete the project on the day scheduled, and the horizontal skylight looks OK but it's not quite what I wanted.

Returns
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy for most of our products. You can request a refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. (Restocking Fee May Apply). Only factory defects are accepted as a reason for a return. In the case of factory defects, if available, we will replace the product for you. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 60 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 60 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible.
