    1 cup Mahatma Jasmine Rice
    2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and sliced
    1/3 cup water
    1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tsp lime zest
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup toasted coconut

    Sticky Rice with Mango Recipe
    Ingredients:
    1 cup Carolina Brown Rice
    1/4 cup butter
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 green bell pepper, diced
    2 cups stewed tomatoes, with juice
    salt and ground black pepper, to taste
    1 cup water
    Directions:
    Combine rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, vanilla, lime zest and salt in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender and absorbs most of the liquid. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
    Top rice with mango slices and drizzle with honey. Garnish with toasted coconut.
