The Non-Contact Voltage Tester uses non-contact voltage detection technology for the detection of voltage in cables, cords, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets and wires. The tester provides accurate test readings for use at the job site, in the shop and at home. We offer same day shipping on orders before 3:00 PM PT Monday - Friday.  Most orders will ship out from our facility on the same date as the order but can be subject to change depending on certain circumstances.  In most cases if an order is not sent out the same day as the order was placed, it will ship out the next business day.  Any orders placed after 3:00 PM Friday will be shipped out the following Monday or depending on holiday dates, the next available open business day.
Shipping estimates are based on the carrier selected during checkout.  Shipping methods such as USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail will take approximately 1 - 3 business days to deliver.  Shipping methods such as UPS Ground will take approximately 1 - 5 business days to deliver.  Other shipping methods can vary in estimated delivery time.  Please reference the corresponding carrier's website before checkout to be up to date on estimated delivery times and possible delays.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can?t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items like but not limited to perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Our cable policy limits the length of cable we can accept for return.  If a cable is longer than 20 feet and opened, we cannot accept the return.  If the cable is defective or dead on arrival, we reserve the right to handle each case differently depending on the circumstances.  We may issue a refund, request a picture, or request the item to be shipped back for testing and inspection.
