Calrose rice is a Japanese medium-grain rice, premium grown in California.  Its shorter wider kernel size makes it a more moist and tender rice, full of flavor, and makes great sushi!  This is why it is also known as sticky rice.   You can also make many other traditional Asian-inspired, Mexican, Indian dishes, curries, stir-frys, vegetarian dishes, and even make delicious desserts like sticky mango rice and rice pudding.
This is a great product to keep in your pantry and/or long-term food storage.
Rice is certified non-GMO, certified gluten free, certified OU Kosher and certified ISWA Halal.  Enriched with thiamine, niacin, iron and folic acid.
One cup of raw rice will make about 3 cups of cooked rice.
