Use and maintenance
The vibrator air motor has compact structure and precise internal parts coordination, requiring careful maintenance by the operator.
Before use, the exhaust sleeve should be rotated 30 degrees to align the holes to allow smooth exhaust. During the trial operation for 3-5 minutes, check whether the operation is normal and whether the start is flexible. If there is no abnormality, it can be put into use (if the vibrating head does not move, you can straighten the vibrating head and the wind motor part and tap it on the ground lightly)
1. The inner diameter of the air inlet hose must not be less than 25 mm, and the wind pressure must not be less than 4-5 kg/cm².
2. When the air supply pipe is connected, the dirt in the pipe and the joint should be blown out to prevent the debris from entering the cylinder and causing the parts to wear or the rotor to jam.
3. When the vibrator is in use, the frequency can be adjusted by controlling the inlet air pressure according to the requirements of the site.
4. Stop using the air-driven vibrator. Rotate the exhaust air by 30 degrees to close the exhaust hole to prevent impurities from entering the cylinder from the exhaust port.
5. When repairing the wind motor, add enough grease (No. 2 calcium base grease SYB1401-62) to the upper and lower end cover bearing cavities to ensure the lubrication of the bearings. If it is stored for a long time, it should be disassembled and cleaned and sealed with oil to avoid corrosion.
6. If the blades of the wind motor are severely worn, the rotor will be stuck and cannot work. At this time, you can unscrew the handle and use the M10 screw to push out the end cap to remove the blade trimming burr or update the blade.
