Smithfield North Carolina Town Tag City License Plate 1980 RESCUE SQUAD #25. Condition is "Used". Metal is solid. The paint is starting to pop off or flake off the plate especially toward the bottom. Not really bad but is is happening. Keep as is or repaint or even spray a clearcoat over it. I will leave that up tp the new owner. Comes with old brownish sleeve. Not bad if you don't have one.
