Vintage Stainless Steel Champagne Punch Fountain W/ Light as is no returns

Vintage Stainless Steel Champagne Punch Fountain W/ Light. Condition is "Used". Working but I am going to sell it as is because it is vintage and has been setting for several years and I assume it will need cleaned and serviced. I did not have the proper light bulbs for the bottom so it will not come with bulbs but it appears to work properly .  there is a small leak and I'm not sure where it's coming from. Selling as is no returns.
