The nostalgic Barbie and Ken uncut loose page paper doll reproduction was originally published in 1962 and includes the entire loose page folder both inside and outside plus all TWENTY panels of clothing (a huge wardrobe for the two dolls).
I have shown the dolls, the outside of the tri-fold folder  and all 20 pages of uncut clothing in the pictures above.  The folder and dolls are on card stock, and the pages are on vintage weight paper.
This is NOT the recently made repro that has only about 1/3 of the clothing from the original set~this loose page reproduction includes all 20 pages of clothing.  Ebay only allows 24 pictures per listing, but I will be happy to email you pictures of the inside of the folder if you would like to see them. This loose page reproduction set is very well done and would be an excellent addition to a vintage paper doll collection!
